Unable to start Servicedesk Server after installation

Hi All,

I've been working on setting up the test (production server is working fine) server for Servicedesk, though after installation, and connecting to the database; I am still unable to start the application and access the web portal. I've double checked on the port number in use, DB, service is running, though nothing worked.

The service is running right now, though the portal is not accessible, I've restarted the application/service, and windows server though still no change.
