Unable to start servicedesk after patching

Hi,
I had service desk plus onpremise, v13.0, and wanted to upgrade to the last version.
Unfortunately during patching something goes wrong, and now won't start and give this errorr message.
Error code 10005
Previous patch not applied properly,hence contact support team

The good news is that i've done the full backup, but i dont know the ezip password: the default password dont works, and i dont remember any other password.

Now i have 2 choice:
1 - resolve the upgrade problem.
2 - reinstall and restore from backup (in this case, have i to reinstall the same version?)

Reinstall and restore maybe is the quick way, but i have to reinstall the same version? (v13.0?) how can i get the ezip backup password?
