Hi, Sorry for writing, I'm been handed a PMP installation which has been built , we think a little haphazardly. Projects have said they are done with this install and handed to operational support, the customer is jumping up and down, and to top it off, the two engineers who installed this have left the company. No notes no instructions, not ideal.
Enough of my troubles and to the point.....
On the server that PMP is installed, we can gain access to the PMP console via the web interface locally on the server, yet the PMP icon shows as red. Right clicking and asking to start the service gives a response of
Unable to start the PMP server. REASON: Access denied.
The account is not locked, the service has been set to local, and the AD account with no success.
Any ideas ?
