unable to start SDP

hi support,

i have downloaded the installation file and successfully installed it at one of my customer site. During startup, it failed at the application layer. going thru previous discussions topic, i found issue which is similar to mine. log file exactly lokk like this:

your answer to this was "the trial version license has expired". i'm getting confused here since it is a first time installation in their network and i've just downloaded download the executable file. any idea???
