Unable to start ManageEngine ServiceDesk with startSDP.bat

Im unable to start ManageEngine ServiceDesk with startSDP.bat

The path's on the shortcuts in the desktop and start menu link to the startSDP.bat witch is correct for the newer versions, but still I have to use the run.bat to start ServiceDesk.

Can anyone help me in this matter?
