Unable to Start ManageEngine Server

Hello,
We received a read-only license for our old Manage Engine Support Plus back in January 2021.
We did this because we moved to Zoho Desk software. 
We need to be able to access the old system, on a local server, but we are unable to.
I can't provide details of what the software is or anything because we cannot start the server whatsoever.
