I have installed manage engine service desk plus on windows 7,but i am unable to start the server. In command promp,i typed cd c:\manageengine\servicedesk\bin then run.bat

it says could not find c:\manageengine\servicedesk\bin ,although it is there

then it threw an exception,could not create connaection.pls see the uploaded document

 

pls help
