Unable to send due to java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Hi,

I just download latest free version.
Build version 11400.
I configure Mail server Setting and Mail Test successful.
When i configure notification profile by email. Test email fail with error message Unable to send due to java.net.SocketTimeoutException prompt out.

Please advise.
