Unable to send alerts to Sprint
Using OpManager 6.0
Up until recently I have been able to send alert text messages to my Sprint PDA. This suddenly stopped. Our server logs show that the test messages from OpManager were sucfessfully sent and received for delivery by Sprint PCS. But they never arrive. I have spent hours on the phone with sprint without success. I can change the recipient address to anything other than my PDA and the messages are received almost instantly.
The second issue is trying to setup a secondary mail server. I am trying to add Charter as a secondary transport and get the message when trying to send a test message:
550 Sender address is missing a domain
