Unable to see task details from email link
Hi,
I've been having a recurring problem with SDP 8.1.0 Build 8104 whereby I cannot see task details by following the link in emails sent from the system.
I receive an email similar to:
Task details are
Task Id = 23101
Created date =10-Sep-2012 14:10
Due by date = -
Title = Please assist - Locked Excel file
Created By : Tech 1
Description = Robyn advised that other users are askign her to close the file, reporting it still open by her - even after she rebooted her PC.

I click the link in the email, but the task is not prefilled with the information within the task (see attached). I had success in the past by removing myself as a technician and then deleting my requester entry, reimporting my account from AD and changing back to technician again; however a new technican flicked me a task today and the error has returned.
I appear to the the only technician in the system with the problem; I have asked others and they are not reporting any issues. The problem has existed through a few patch versions, although I cannot be exact as to which versions we have used; we try to keep up-to-date however.
Hoping someone can assist.
