Unable to see pickup option for chat as a technician.

Hi Team,

I have enabled chat option by following the steps given in below link
https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/help/adminguide/configurations/helpdesk/configuring_Chat_Settings.html

However ,I am unable to see the pickup option as a technician.

Can you please let me know if any more changes to be done.

SDP version: 9328
DB: SQL 2012
