Unable to see interaces devices for some swithces
Hi,
I have some problem with few of our switches..
using OpManger 7
All our switches are configured the same way and they all are HP.
However, when I checked some of the switches I can see the Interfaces without any problem.
I have already run the rediscovery and selected all the ports "add"
Selected Interfaces will be added to the device. Continue? OK
message " interfaces added successfully
When I refresh the screen the message is
no interfaces are there for this device.
Any suggestion would be very grateful.
