unable to retrieve windows 2003 snmp cpu utilization data

Hi, I need help with configuring windows 2003 with snmp. This is not a OpManager issue.

I am not able to retrieve snmp cpu utilization data from a windows 2003 machine. I have installed snmp service and verified the snmp credential is correct. However, I am not able to get snmp cpu utilization ( .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2) from the machine. Note that I am able to retrieve this information from a windows 2008 machine.

Using a snmp tester tool, I got following from the 2003 machine:

1/30/2012 5:52:49 PM (1 ms) : Start using SNMP V1

1/30/2012 5:52:49 PM (14 ms) : -------

1/30/2012 5:52:49 PM (14 ms) : Value: No Such Name (SNMP error # 2)

1/30/2012 5:52:49 PM (14 ms) : Done

As you can see the snmp agent on the machine responded to the request. However, it doesn't know the oid.

What am I missing?
