I am trying to restore a backup from our opManager install to a new server.

 

I have used the backup utility and the command line to backup our opManager database and then import to the new server. Both have failed.

 

Server 1 (Old ) Windows 2003 x64 , opManager version 9011

Server 2 (New ) Windows 2008 R2 x64 , opManager version 9011

 

Error = Unable to restore data. Make sure the build number of your installation and the one in the backup is the same.

 

I have verified that both installs are at the current level.
