Unable to restore database - 11203
I'm trying to restore my Postgres DB in a 11203 test environment, Windows x64.
It starts ok and then sits for 30 minutes and returns the following:

Not Replaced File: startDB.bat
Not Replaced File: wrapper.conf

The CPU consistently is 25-30% even after this error. It'll sit there forever until I cancel out of it. (I let it sit for 12 hours one time).
Any thoughts?
