Unable to restore data. Make sure the build number of your installation and the one in the backup is the same

Hi:

We realized a backup whit the utility, reinstaled software and patch and, when we tried to restore, we can not because we recieved the error reflect in the subject

The OPM version is 12.3.210

Any idea why not work?
