I NEEDED TO REMOVE OPMANAGER BECAUSE MY OPMANAGE SERVER IS BROKE AND WHEN I WAS IN INSTALLING I'VE RECEIVED THAT - Unable to restore data. Make sure the build number of your installation and the one in the backup is the same.
