Unable to renew license ServicedeskPlus 7.5
Hello,
following error message appears when trying to renew the license :
"Enter a proper AdventNet license file"
Platform is Linux, and we installed a free version, as we could not install the linux trial version. Is it possible that the free version is the problem??
