Unable to remove Service Desk Plus values -- after trial

We demo evaluated Service Desk Plus, and just uninstalled it. OpManager will not let me save null values in the Add-On Product settings / Service Desk Plus / Server Details.

Problem with having any values in the service desk server details page, is it tries to connect to service desk everytime I look at a device.

BTW I liked service desk, but it didn't meet the need of the evaluator fully. There was a desire to include hardware gathered from outside our domains as well.
