We are about to make ADSElfService live in our environment, and we were able to add our own custom questions, however, we are not able to remove a few of the questions (ie/ favourite colour).

 

When we try to remove it, it comes up with the following message "Deletion Cannot be performed.  Security Question in use by a User."

 

There were only 3 of us enrolled at the time and we all went in and changed the questions, so not sure why this is an issue for us.

 

Is there a way to manually go in and remove this question for someone who has it stored?
