Unable to recieve Computer names
Hi All,
We use to monitor the Network of 20 computers at from our remote Office, connectivity is done through Cisco Wireless Bridge.I have installed OpUtils 5 at our Head Office and getting SNMP details for all our devices connected with a Cisco Switch, but its only showing the MAC Addresses the computers not the Computer name and IP Addresses.
I have the same setup at our Head Office and getting all the details(Computer name and IP Addresses).
Let me know the possible cause of this issue.
