During testing, there was a problem connecting to the server NDES SCEP. 

Gives an error message "Unable to reach the SCEP server. Make sure that the device can reach the SCEP server and the SCEP URL is in HTTPS format."

The server is reachable through the Browser and also the mscep and mscep admin pages are reachable through the browser.
