Unable to perform Database Backups - Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed

Hi folks,

I'm running OpManager with the following details:

Edition: Professional

Version: 12.5.344

On Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit with a PostgreSQL database

Since switching to this build I can no longer back up my database. When I run \bin\backup\BackupDB.bat I receive the error: Trying to start PostgreSQL server failed...

If I stop the OpManager server and try to start it with the \bin\startPgSQL.bat I receive the error

"No such file or directory"

it states "C:/Program files/ManageEngine/OpManager/bin/../pgsql/data/postgresql.conf"... which cannot be correct. But even if I try to specify the correct directory I get the same error despite the correct path/file.

Any suggestions?
