Unable to open Notification Rules
Hi
When I click the icon to open 'Notification Rules' either from Admin home page or configuration wizard it takes me nowhere, it looks like it is doing something then displays nothing; not even an error message.
I have rebooted server and tried to put the http address in manually but no joy.
help!
