Unable to open Attachments without safe before it
Hi all
I have problem to open any types of attachments in a ticket.
If i want to open a attachment i must safe the attachment and then i can open it.
When i try to open the attachment directly with the button open and if this file is a .txt file i get the message that the file was not found, want to create a new file ?
When i try to open a .jpg my program will be started but not the .jpg file
Any suggestion ?
