Unable to monitor VPN at Fortigate VM64

Unable to monitor VPN at Fortigate VM64

Dear all,

I am currently working on integrating FortiGate VM64 monitoring within OpManager Plus. I have successfully added the FortiGate device and applied the default device template that I found within OpManager site(https://www.manageengine.com/network-monitoring/device-discovery/fortinet-fgtvm64-performance-monitoring.html).

However the VPN tab is empty, and no VPN tunnel data appears to be monitored.


Please advise.
