Unable to Mass Update

Hi,

I'm a new user but intelligent so this may be a stupid question.

WIN 2k8 Ent AD set up

I am Domain Admin.

I've added all users through ADM+ which worked fine, but now want to change the passwords so open Manage Users, select Reset Password, change the appropriate parameters, upload the CSV file click GO and from the list of users Check All. The CSV only has givenName as the key.

Then I click Apply but keep getting the message

Cannot retrieve object from AD - Object does not exist or Access denied.

from the log I see the messages:
