unable to load own defined MIB file

when I tried to load TEST-TRAP-MIB.txt thru "upload Mib" in OpManager.
I got following error.
Error parsing MIB:TRAP-TEST-MIB.txt
Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file C:/Program Files/AdventNet/ME/OpManager/./mibs/TRAP-TEST-MIB.txt The error occured at the line no: 6 ,column: 11. The keyword ENTERPRISES is missing.
