Good morning!

 

We have installed Opmanager Professional and NFA Professional Plus (not NFA plugin) on the same server and we are unable to integrate both tools under admin->add on/product settings in the Opmanager Server.

 

We have tried different options as using the hostname/IP address, enterprise/professional version and we have double checked that the credentials are ok, but when we press the "test connection and save" button it keeps telling " Unable to establish connection to Netflow Server"

 

Could you help please us with this issue?
