I am on the Import Users from LDAP setup page and even though all mysettings look correct and follow the examples I have seen on the site here, I cannot import users from AD. The error is a little popup window that says "LDAP connection to server failed". Nothing is showing in the logs that I can see.

The only potential is that the CN is wrong for the user authenticating to AD but its very difficult to find the cn of users in AD so I might be wrong there. Any tips on verifying the CN of a user or any other help?
