Unable to import thrid party certificate

Hi.

We use th DesktopCentral build 11.2.2325.17
The current certificate (issued by our internal enterprise CA) expires on December 1, 2023
It is not possible to renew a certificate issued by our internal enterprise CA. (attached screenshot import-certificate.png)
All workstations have an installed root CA certificate in trusted certificates store
