on Build 9101, 64 bit Windows Server

I am unable to import additional service accounts into PMP.

There is no "Enable Discovery in Client Organization" under Admin/User Management

When I attampt to use the Discovey Accounts under the Resources/Resource Actions, no new accounts are imported.
