unable to get the security/inventory infomation on server.
Dear Support Team,
We are using Adventnet opmanager. updated all Routers,Switches,Servers and Desktops to the probe systems(192.168.30.40) and we get the all information on main server(202.53.91.76).But from the main server we are unable to get the security/Inventory information.
How to solve this issue and we need to open any ports ,help me in this issue.
