Unable to get the Memory graphs

Hi,

We are setting up OpManager 6 build 6016 . And successfully configured solaris, linux and windows clients. However, for HP-UX servers, unable to get the Memory. Getting "-1" error. We want these details using CLI. Please advise. attach output of OpManager and graphic. TKS
