Unable to generate report/ get data of "Device Not Monitor" state

Hi Team,

We are unable to download the reprots of "Device Not Monitor" devices from OPM. Except "Device Not Monitor" state we are getting rest of the status of a device. Can you please check and let us know how we can able to generate report.
