Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus running on http://IP
Hi,
I am trying to integrate OpManager with ServiceDesk plus, but I am getting the errror message "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus" all the time. I am using my account (as technician in ServiceDesk) under Authentication Details in OpManager (Add-On/Product Integration).
What am I doing wrong?
