Unable to fetch Requests from ServiceDeskPlus through OpManager

I have Integrated OpManager with ServiceDesk Plus.
but there is a problem.

In The Server Details while I click on the Device Info's Options for the "Asset Details" , "Installed Software" and "Active Process" the information will be given too me but for the rest of them like "Hardware Details" , "Audit History" , "Requests" and "attached assets" it won't give me any data and shows the below message:
Unable to fetch Requests from ServiceDeskPlus.

Possible Reasons
Check whether the device is added in ServiceDeskPlus
Check whether the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running

ServiceDesk is running correctly and the device is added successfully through service desk.
Why is that?

Any Idea?
