Unable to fetch local accounts

I am using PMP version 8.5.0, and I want to manage local accounts on domain workstations. I am able to import the resources via the application by doing a resource discovery; however I can't get the local accounts imports. Error: "Unable to fetch accounts" with the reasons being either device unreachable or insufficient privileges to fetch accounts.

I have verified the following

- The server hosting PMP can reach the resource
- The account used to import the resources have admin privileges to those resources
- I also changed the DNS name to the resource IP just in case

I also tested one of the resources by adding the local administrator account and then attempted a discovery, but this too failed.

Any ideas? I have a a lot of workstations across multiple domains, and will like to manage their local accounts via this application.
