Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus.
On OpManager build 7020. We can't fetch asset details from SD+
The assets are listed in both OpManager and SD+ and both the servers are running side by side -- we can jump back and forth between them.
What conditions have to be met to have the assets populate in OpManager? I saw it happen once but couldn't repeat it ...
