I generated a certificate for both of our domain controllers using lincert. I added both of our domain controllers under the ldap tab using secure ldap over port 636. When I save both configurations it saves successfully.
Issue # 1: I tried importing users, however, the import users message just spins endlessly, however, it does import some of our users, but not all.
Issue # 2: When I try to enable ldap authentication I receive an error message:
Could not enable LDAP
Authentication. Ensure Domain Controller is configured for at least one of the Imported Domains.
Issue # 3: I would like to use the free version, but was not given that as an option during the installation on Centos 7 without a gui. How do I obtain a license for the free Standard edition?
The importssl0.txt log has the follow errors:
[08:14:24:883]|[07-04-2019]|[com.manageengine.servicedesk.ssl.util.ImportSSLUtil]|[SEVERE]|[119]: Exception occurred when estimating expiry date of SSL certificate! : Initialize Failed|

com.manageengine.servicedesk.ssl.framework.server.exception.SyMException: Initialize Failed
I don't believe there are any errors in the serverout0.txt log.
What do I need to do to resolve these issues?
