unable to dsiplay the proper trap Message

This MIB is loaded in OpManager.when I am sending trap to opManager the Msg displaying is not proper.
The msg what opManager is displaying is "Trap received from Kumar with SNMP Varbinds Kumar ".It should mention trap name also that is "demo-trap".
I want to display the message on the same pattern as Generic trap are displayed.
