unable to detect that the machine was SNMP enabled.
Dear,
Good day!
I was wondering why OpManager doesn't seem to identify some of our servers correctly. as i tried to delete, re-discover the device, re-discover the network for the OpManager to be able to detect the device as SNMP enable but i have no luck. still, it discovered as desktop. huuh!! our OpManager version is V6.0 build #6003
although, i can get the disk, memory, cpu utilization of those servers by using the WMI, but my boss wanted to monitor it using SNMP protocol as our standard.
plus the fact that, if i just manually add the device to the server map, it cannot give the complete details. i.e traffic utilization, installed software and what processes are running on that server.
please do advice me if i missed something or if you have a resolution for this.
your immediate help is very much appreciated for the satisfaction of how OpManager will help us is great and will decide my customer to accept and pay for it.

thanks!
