I am trying to delete URLs through the following page: Admin-->URL Monitor, but I got the following errors:

      "Unable to delete the selected URL(s)". Please refer to the attachment. 

      BTW, the URL that I am trying to delete is in "Service Down" status. If I add a new URL with "Clear" status, I am able to delete it.

      Does deleting URL have anything to do with its status? If yes, how can I delete URLs with "Service Down" status? If no, what could be the problem?
