Unable to delete or clear Cache Hit Ratio alarm

Unable to delete or clear Cache Hit Ratio alarm

I'm unable to clear or delete the MSSQL Cache Hit Ratio (SQL 2005 Server) alarm so it always looks like we have a problem whenever someone looks at the server map. I'm able to acknowledge the alarm but that's it. when I attempt to clear it or delete it, I'm sent to a blank IE page and nothing happens.

I've tried clearing the IE temp files as suggested in another topic but it didn't work. I don't have access to the OpManager database so I can't manually delete it from the tables either.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Thanks,
Frank
