Unable to delete departments in Servicedesk
I am trying to remove some old departments but it is not allowing me to delete them. I am getting error saying that they are still in use and cannot be deleted.
I have gone through and run the database queries that are supposed to remove them but I still cannot get rid of them. I ran a report to find all of the requests still using those departments and deleted them and I am still unable to remove them.
