Unable to connect to the EWS server

Hello. I want to set up receiving incoming messages from the Exchange mail server. In the Mail server settings, I specified an EWS connection 
I looked at the address bar in the Exchange server settings.
The authorization data is up-to-date. Authorization is successful in OWA
An error appears when saving Mail Server - ManageEngine SD settings

FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.

I ask for your help in solving the problem
