unable to connect to servers-can connect to local computer
I have installed the software without issue. I am assuming that a current installation of mysql (with default settings) will not interfere with the installation of EventLog Analyzer 4. If so, how can I create and use the mysql instance already installed on my server.
I have attempted to add hosts by IP address, by Name without success. The *only* host I am able to add successfully is the local computer on which the software is installed.
I have looked through the posts and tried all the various troubleshooting techniques with WBEMTEST. The settings are as suggested and I am still being denied connection.
I have checked valid domain admin and local admin accounts on hosts--I have also used my own credentials (domain admin). When I attempt to connect via the NET USE command, it fails. When I simply type the same UNC path into start/run, I can connect. i.e.
net use \\computer\admin$ /u:domain\me "my_password" gets the following error:
"System error 1219 has occurred.
The credentials supplied conflict with an existing set of credentials."
but typing \\computername\admin$ in the start\run dialog box connects and opens up the resource in an explorer window allowing me full access.

Now interestingly enough, having left the application running for a little while, it can no longer connect to my local server and is responding with "problem connecting to server"--after a while, I can refresh the page and the status changes and it can connect to the server again.
