Unable to connect to domain
I just installed Desktop Central using the installation section in the User's Guide. I installed it on a Windows 2003 Server with the latest updates and joined to our AD domain.
When I log into the web console, it see's our domain under Scope of Managment, Add computers. It does not list a domain controller though. I clicked on Edit for the domain listing and typed in the required information. The window hangs their saying Updating. I have left it for 5 minutes with no change and finally clicked on close. The status never changes and I am unable to add any computers. What am I missing? I created two different AD accounts, one as a domain admin and one as a normal user for AD browsing. I tried both credentials and neither gives a different result.
