Unable to Connect my JBoss server running on Solaris

Hi Guys!!!
I want to monitor my JBoss-3.2.5 server running on Solaris Platform with "AdventNet ManageEngine� Applications Manager 6" Free trial version tool.

But i am unable to connect. I am giving correct Subnet Mask, IP Address as well as port number, But still getting an Error i.e.

"Unable to add the Interface for IP Address. Kindly check whether the machine has dual interface.If it has dual Interface try adding with the another IP Address."

Hey...Guys...Help me out to resolve this problem.

Possibilities:-
1) I have to purchase a license ver. for connectivity
2) How to determine the correct subnet mask
3) Any global or internal settings required
4) Different OS problem (Tool running on Windows XP & Server on Solaris platform)
