Unable to configure notifications on task creations
Can some one please assist or confirm if this is a bug.
I am unable to configure serviceDesk to send notifications when a task is created. The option is there but it doesnt seem to be sticking. For some reason, it will not save the configuration but that seem to be the only issue.
Please assist.
